Flyball
What is flyball?
Flyball is a fast, colourful, noisy but above all fun sport for dogs & their owners.
NHDTC offers flyball sessions open to all.
How is flyball played?
Flyball is run in teams of four dogs, as a relay race. The dogs race against another team in another lane, over four hurdles, retrieve a ball from the box at the end of the lane and back over the four hurdles, then the next dog takes its turn. The winning team is the first to get all four dogs to complete without any faults.
Can my dog play flyball?
If your dog is over 12 months old, is fit and is able to fetch & obey basic commands, yes they can play flyball.
